Du-Lite Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping online at Du-Lite Corporation. Your business is very important to us, and if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We stand behind all of our products and will refund your purchase and shipping costs.

Returns:

• Please alert us within 2 weeks of receiving your Du-Lite product if you are unhappy and would like to make a return.
• To start the return process please contact us at 860-347-2505 to describe your issue and receive a Return Authorization.
• Returns generally take 7-10 business days to process once we receive the returned product at Du-Lite.
• You will receive a refund for the cost of your purchase including shipping costs.
• Your refund will be credited in the same manner used for payment of the original order unless noted otherwise.
• We will not charge you for the return shipping costs of your Du-Lite product.
• There will never be a “Restocking Fee” when you return a Du-Lite product.
