SYSTEM INCLUDES:

• 4 TANKS - Heavy 14 ga. steel - 6"W x 8 1/4"D x 40"L heated soak
   cleaner tank, heated black oxide tank and two water rinse
   tanks.

• SOLID ANGLE IRON TANK STAND - Rigid frame holds all
   4 tanks and eliminates danger of tipping over.

• GAS BURNERS (2) 39,000 BTU / HR burners for cleaner and
   black oxide tanks. Burners are complete with air mixers and
   shutoff valves for LP or natural gas.

• BLUING THERMOMETER - Stainless steel, dial type.

Gunsmith's black oxide systems are available in 14 gauge cold role steel construction, which is our most economical unit. Gunsmith's black oxide systems are also available in 14 gauge rust resistant stainless steel.

With an all steel gunsmith set-up, rinse tanks are prone to rusting. Small particles of rust will form in the rinse water and will be deposited on your finished products. We highly recommend that you consider purchasing the more expensive rust resistant stainless steel system for this reason. If you prefer to purchase an all steel gunsmith system, and would like stainless steel rinse tanks, we can provide them at an additional cost. Stainless steel rinse tanks will improve your black oxide finished products.
